To ensure optimum facility speed, the system allows for simultaneous weigh-up of the same product across multiple scales. EAI's patented self-learning, high-to-low speed adjustment reduces pulses and optimizes the time it spends on high speed.
ACCURACY
The highest degree of accuracy, regardless of batch size or blend, is achieved with the patented free fall adjustment feature which is based on batch size and blend type, eliminating mistakes from human error.
EASE OF OPERATION
NexGen Agronomy Platform integrates with your software and allows visibility of hopper levels, order information, view equipment status, and do error reporting all from a single workstation or remotely via a tablet device.
AUTOMATIC TRIPPER POSITION
Our automated fertilizer receiving system can display the tripper position and move the tripper automatically to the correct position based on the product.
PRODUCT ROUTING
The HMI control program provides easy-to-use, on-screen, controls for all equipment. An operator simply selects the operation he desires and clicks start to initiate the process.
SAFETY SYSTEM SHUTDOWNS
Monitoring of amp levels, safety sensors on equipment, and preventative maintenance reminders, you can be assured your system is operating effectively. If an error condition occurs, the system automatically shuts down all of the appropriate equipment in the correct sequential order to minimize the effects of the error.
