Q: What is the biggest difference between Easy Automation’s system compared to your previous system?
"Everything is so much cleaner with Easy Automation regarding the hardware. We eliminated a lot of panels and boxes. Everything can be operated off a computer, portable tablet, or a panel mounted HMI touchscreen. Over and above the system, the support is a huge improvement over the competitors support."
Q: How is the service and support personnel to work with at EAI?
"Service has been great. In the past we would have to wait hours to get support. With this program, the EAI support staff really take pride in what they are doing and have been getting back to us right away."
Q: Has there been enough communication after the sale to make you feel better?
“Yes, we have had many calls and emails checking up to see if things were going the way they should be and any time we had any problems, we were taken care of right away and you guys really listened when we did have issues at the start of the season.”
Q: What services do you feel provide you the best value?
“The support you guys are offering with this automation is probably second to none.”
Q: Anything else you think potential customers should know?
“Anything in automation or computer technology can start up with a few snags. Easy Automation put three or four guys on our system and made sure we had things up and running, and after that, they have checked on us multiple times to make sure we have everything running smoothly still. The support is well worth the money spent.”

“Yes, Easy Automation has the ability to automate a facility however we want to run it. They were able to help someone run the plant with very little computer experience.”
