LOADOUT BIN INVENTORY TRACKING
EAI’s feed mill loadout control system gives you the ability to view real-time bin levels at a glance. Feed on top of feed safeguarding is built in to not allow a destination to be selected if the formula doesn’t match.
BULK LOAD BUILD & TRACKING
The Bulk Load Build and Tracking feature of EAI’s Loadout control package builds loads by simply dragging and dropping orders. Loads can be placed into a load queue and the truck scale interface can provide traceability down to the compartment level. Loadout adjust functionality removes the inventory discrepancy found in most systems.
TABLET/CAMERA LOADING
EAI’s tablet/camera loading feature allows drivers to load their own trucks without leaving the cab. The screen shows what is in the overhead bins and what truck/driver is assigned to that load.
AUTOMATIC LOADOUT
Many features within this Feed Mill Loadout Control System make the loadout process easier and more efficient while also giving you more control over your loadout operation. RFID tags on trailers select the correct load out of the queue; then, the truck drives into position and the lid sensors verify the truck is ready to load. The system automatically positions equipment and loads each truck without user intervention. Upon completion, a load ticket can be printed automatically. This process maximizes your efficiency and reduces errors.
BAG SHIPMENTS
As a general part of shipping, bagged orders can be tracked and scheduled. Tablet based pick sheets optimize the warehouse. Bar coding functionality can verify the correct product is being loaded and record what lots were shipped. In the event of a product recall, you will have full records of what ingredients went into each bag and where they were shipped.
