Q: Why did you choose Easy Automation/Dultmeier as your automation partner?

Q: What was your experience working with the Easy Automation/Dultmeier staff before and during installation?
"Beforehand, Easy Automation/Dultmeier lined up a tour of other retailer facilities that are using their services. It was good to visit these facilities to gain insights on what may work best for our situation. The planning process would change often as new ideas surfaced that would change the blueprint and flow of the plant. During construction, we tried to do our best to stick to the plan, but there were a few game day changes and the team found solutions and implemented them as they surfaced. The onsite support from Easy Automation/Dultmeier during startup has been extremely helpful as we christened the new system. There is a lot going on, and it takes time to fine tune a startup and the support system has been there the whole way.”
Q: Has the automation impacted your facility’s efficiency? If so, how?
“We are in the early stages of our facility launch, but it is already apparent that the system is more accurate, efficient, and safe compared to our last system. The trail of information this system captures along with our point of sales software will give us helpful insights down the road. We are excited to proceed into the spring to fully realize the return on this investment.”
Q: Have you called into service and support? If so, what has been your experience?
“The support line has been very helpful for helping iron out some startup and training issues post the onsite startup. Their prompt replies during the critically busy part of the season have been positive so far.”
Q: Would you recommend Easy Automation as an automation partner? Why or why not?
“Yes, both Easy Automation and Dultmeier have proven to be a valuable resource to meet our goals. We have a long-standing relationship with Dultmeier, and Sam Penelton introduced us to Easy Automation. Both companies experience and expertise in this field have proven to be invaluable."
