Q: Why did you choose Easy Automation as your automation partner?

"Overall, our experience working with the Easy Automation staff has been excellent. Prior to installation, the team was very easy to work with and they communicated well throughout the entire process. During installation, the onsite technician went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up exactly the way we wanted. He stayed late on multiple nights to keep the project moving forward and even helped us winterize the system when subzero temperatures rolled in during the installation process. That level of dedication and customer service really stood out for us. ” 

Q: Has the automation impacted your facility’s efficiency? If so, how?

“Yes, easy automation has had a significant impact on the efficiency of our Stanwood facility. Feedback from the operators working at the site every day is that the system has dramatically improved daily operations. The overall ease of use is one of the biggest advantages. Everything is centralized in one place, easy to understand, and gives operators a clear view of the entire facility layout right on the screen.” 

Q: Have you called into service and support? If so, what has been your experience?

“Yes, we have contacted service and support probably more than we would care to admit,  the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The support team has been quick to respond, easy to work with, and genuinely seems cares about making sure we have a good experience with their system. Any questions or issues we’ve had have been handled professionally and quickly, which has given us a lot of confidence in their system as a whole.”
